Most people don't need more insight into their relationships. They need repetition.
The Practice is a weekly training space for emotional regulation and conflict repair. It's for people who understand their patterns but still react the same way under pressure.
This works well if you're in therapy and want reinforcement between sessions, if you're a couple who wants to improve without entering therapy, or if you keep having the same conflict with different details.
What members get:
Every Wednesday at 5pm PT: 30 minutes of focused skill-building on one tactical skill, one scenario, one rep to carry into your week. Sessions are recorded and added to the full archive.
Optional 15-minute Office Hours: follows each session for members who want help applying that week's specific skill to their own situation.
Training follows a rotating three-month arc:
- Month 1: Interrupt escalation
- Month 2: Work with the trigger
- Month 3: Practice repair
